I had a great experience with Oakwoods estate agency in Gerrards cross from start to finish. The whole process of selling my house was handled professionally and smoothly, with clear communication throughout from whoever I dealt with there. A special mention to Aidan Lever, who was my main point of contact, he was particularly helpful, friendly, and always happy to answer questions or offer reassurance when needed. His support really made a difference and took a lot of the stress out of the process. I had the pleasure of working with Dev Mann while securing my new flat recently. Despite my needing to view the property outside of his working hours, travelling for work, and being unable to collect the keys myself, Dev went out of his way to make sure everything was arranged seamlessly. Our purchase came about in a very serendipitous way but wouldn't have been possible without the help of Aidan. We weren't actively looking to move but in the window of Oakwood I saw our forever home. Aidan was very welcoming and booked a viewing for the very next day. Our second viewing, we must have spent over an hour at the property but never felt rushed or pressured by Aidan. He constantly kept in contact during the offer process, even on his days off. He had great rapport not only with us but also with the sellers, which I believe helped us secure the property from an offer through another agent. Oakwood also managed to sell our current home in 5 days to able the purchase of our dream home!
