I’ve just had to have renovation works carried out to my rented flat, which is managed by Hamptons.Although pricey the job has been carried out by the contractor in a throughly professional way. Plus it’s been managed superbly by Rebecca Duxbury, property manager at Hamptons.

Thank you for you review. We are naturally disappointed to receive 1* review and I have therefor looked into your experience with us in order to respond accordingly. I can see a formal complaint was raised regarding heating and hot water and responded to in line with our procedures. After you requested escalation the team requested further information but received no further response you. It is clear we have fallen short of your expectations but can see the team both in property management and customer care worked hard to try and help you resolve this matter and ensured your were released from your tenancy early and compensated appropriately. Not a care in the world - emailed them about a flat in Wimbledon (via Rightmove)... walked past their office, saw them sitting in there chatting and laughing. Received no call back, no email. HOPELESS and obviously not interested at all.
