Any concerns I’ve raised she’s always immediately jumped on finding a solution/fixing the problem, even when it meant her having to chase the landlord for works to be done. GoogleAfter only finding agents that ripped off tenants, did rubbish repairs and charged us a large fee, we self managed our properties for years. Then we discovered Lynda who has an eye for detail, keeps up with changing legislation and is really flexible about the services she offers. It’s also great to have Lynda do independent inspections and she knows enough about property and lettings to prevent little problems becoming big ones. It’s a real relief to be slowly handing over to her, knowing that both our portfolio and our tenants will be well looked after.

She has been managing the flat since I moved in, and throughout this time she has been consistently professional, responsive, and reliable. Any issue that has come up has been dealt with promptly and efficiently, which has made renting completely stress free. She communicates clearly, follows up when needed, and genuinely cares about making sure everything runs smoothly. On top of that, she is a genuinely kind and pleasant person to deal with. GoogleI have used Homematch Ltd for over 10 years and they have always acted in a professional manner. They are very thorough and knowledgeable and always have the best interests of both the landlord and tenant in mind. They are one of the reasons I expanded my portfolio. I knew they would undertake thorough background checks on potential tenants to ensure the right ones were taken on. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They always act swiftly if there is an issue and have contractors on stand by to undertake any necessary works.

FacebookHome match were very helpful in getting our house sold. They have very reasonable fees and didn't try to short change us on our house. we had four valuations on our property and even though they all agreed on what the house was worth, a couple of estate agents thought we should put it on the market for less than what it was worth to drive up some interest. Home match didn't think that was wise and instead advised us to put it up for sale at the price we wanted for it then have an open day to see what interest there was. We had not one but three offers that day. All for the asking price and it was sold that very same day, thanks to their advice. I'm very pleased we went with them. They think about their customers not just their commissions and I would recommend using them to anyone. x
