Oh my, what can I say!! Carol at Callaghan’s is an absolute super star, from hiccups to managing my silly requests, she was honestly a different breed to what I come to expect from estate agents. My partner and I recently bought our first home together and the Callaghans team went above and beyond for us. We’d had so many interactions with other estate agents during our house search, and nobody else came close to the level of professionalism and friendliness we received from Callaghans. This was especially appreciated since we were first time buyers and a little intimidated by the whole process! Helen was a star from the start through to completion, despite us having some complications along the way. Every time we walk past the office, we’re greeted with smiles and waves from everyone there. We needed to sell our house quickly at a fair price. Due to work commitments and young children, we also couldn't always be available for viewings. But, nothing was too much trouble for Sean and his team. They have earned every penny of the % of the sale that they'll receive. We also received advice and guidance all throughout the process. A review of the service is the least we could offer; as it's been of the highest quality. I honestly feel they've done the best by us as the seller, but have also given a good level of support to the buyer. A win-win solution!

Callaghans manage my rental property. They have also sold me my next investment and they took care of the sale of my mother's home. On Sales they are very efficient. On Management they sometimes need a nudge but overall do a very good job. I will definitely continue to use them. They are polite friendly and straightforward to deal with. Evelyn is a wonderful person.
