TrustpilotUnhelpful and rude employees
Have been contacting this company for repairs for a month now and they keep sending people to look at the property but not doing any repairs. The customer service are rude and just want to get you off the phone as soon as possible.

TrustpilotPattinson North Shields Adam Stewart
I have dealt extensively with Adam Stewart from Pattinson North Shields, and in spite of my numerous demands on both his time and patience, Mr Stewart has at all times behaved himself with the utmost decorum and professionalism. He is a pleasure to deal with and a credit to his agency; highly recommended.

We recently bought a property through the Low Fell branch of Pattinsons. The support, communication, advice and general helpfulness was first class at every stage. The person I dealt with (Helen) was professional, friendly and reassuring and made the whole process much less stressful.
