Everyone at Pattinsons was professional, knowledgeable and helpful but Kelly Dymock from their Alnwick office went above and beyond to help us find our perfect new home. The property was sold by auction and we had no clue about this process but Kelly guided us seamlessly through it all. Thanks Kelly we’re now living the dream!

The kind attentive staff at the Bedlington office went out of their way to help us secure a suitable rental property! We were living out of the area, trying to relocate for a newly secured job but missing out on everything we attempted to apply for through other estate agents. Pattinsons staff showed initiative and were creative when troubleshooting problems as they arose relative to our particular situation. Special mention to Simon and Eloise of the Bedlington office, thank you so much for going above and beyond, we were so stressed and overwhelmed and you turned it around in a few days!

I am leaving a review today as I have just received a message from Pattinson in Alnwick asking me to call them about the sale of my home. I arranged a valuation TWO YEARS ago, but decided not to proceed to market. Since then, Pattinson keep calling me! These communications are very unwelcome reminders of a low point in my life, from which I have fully recovered. When are they going to leave me alone? The irony is, I was not impressed with Pattinson, and if I ever decided to sell, I would not consider them. It's only natural that when companies are too pushy, customers start pushing back, so here's one star for you Pattinson in Alnwick.Follow-up: I submitted a "right to be forgotten" request, but Pattinson ignored it.

The team at Pattinson’s Sunderland Branch were great with helping and advising me on buying my first home. Gabrielle and Beth were the two main team members belong me and both were exceptional. No question was an inconvenience for them (even when I asked more than once) and they always got back to me whether than was via an email or by phone. The last week of exchanging contracts was very stressful but the calmness and informative nature of both Gabrielle and Beth kept me sane throughout. I would definitely recommend Pattinson Sunderland Branch if you’re thinking of buying or renting a home in the area. Thanks again ladies, you were great 😊

GoogleI have had nothing but fantastic service from Pattinson, even when using the service whilst in another country. Helen is incredibly helpful and professional. Selling a house is a stressful process but this was made so much easier with the uptodate correspondence from Helen and the rest of the team. Renting my property prior to the sale has been great too, any maintenance needed to the property was dealt with swiftly easily and with great communication. My only conplaint would be not being able to meet and thank the team in person.

Not sure where to start with our experience. But will keep this review short. In summary communications and keeping the customer updated is not the Alnwick branch’s strong point. Mini email breaches to me which was obviosuly meant for another customer, emails to be in the wrong customer name (and then apology emails sent with the wrong name again), lack of response with regard to specific questions and concerns. What can I say. I have never had an experience like this in all my house purchases so am sure there are worse out there…. But this experience has not been good at all.

Carly List put my house up for sale on Monday, booked 11 viewings by Tuesday morning and sold the house by Wednesday morning. There is nobody more dedicated, invested or hard working than the girls at Pattinsons Washington, if you’re debating which estate agent to use to sell your property let this be your sign, they’re amazing and I can’t praise them enough. Will never use anyone else again.

I put an offer for a property in Newcastle (NE4). I was told that it was the best and highest offer. They asked me to send agreement in principle and then mysteriously wasted lots of time (three weeks)until someone put same amount of offer and their offer was accepted! Everything was very fishy. The staff are miss connected!

Pattinson’s Estate agents were great from start to finish. In particular I’d like to mention Consett branch, and in particular Stephen. I felt all of the staff there were enthusiastic about the house and were always willing to help at every stage. After a sale was agreed the case was looked after by Wendy Burbridge, and she kept everything ticking along nicely, exerting polite pressure on solicitors etc when necessary. We were supposed to have a viewing today and it got cancelled 20 minutes before because they misplaced the keys. Absolutely ridiculous after having to leave work early having financial impact. Not to mention a 40 minute drive.It affected another potential sale, who also arrived at the property along with us.And unfortunately has put us off the sale of the Benlaw Grove property.

I asked to go see a bungalow in Carville Durham,, but was told no as I had not put my house on the market and I had not had an offer on my property. I told her how do I know if the bungalow is right for us if I don't see it so then I could put my property on the market,,Is this the way estate agent sell property now. Thank for you reply.
