This review is false and has been reported to Google. We answer every call promptly. Feel free to call us to test our response time! (All calls are logged and any missed call would result in an immediate message to us, and we would promptly return the call. The phone line is working fine and we have not missed a single call in the past 4 weeks!) Alexandra: kindly remove this review. You clearly have the wrong company, or you work for a competitor. Either way, leaving false reviews is just wrong.

This review seems to have been left as part of a coordinated campaign to leave negative reviews, this being one of three negative reviews left in the space of an hour. Clearly, this review does not reflect anybody's direct experience. I believe that the reviewer is a friend of Anastasia & Richard (previous tenants of a property we were instructed to sell) who left negative reviews further to us providing evidence to support a deposit claim. I encourage viewers to take this context into account when considering this rating. Message for "Kavya Reddy": leaving false reviews is unethical and also unfair. Whilst I don't expect you to remove the review (you no doubt think what you have done is fair), it is still needs to be said that a review or rating should only be based on your direct experience. We have no issue with a review accurately describing an experience, positive or negative, providing it is written by someone about their direct experience.
