GoogleReeds Rains, Garstang represented the seller of a house we were buying. We were inexperienced, having last moved over 40 years ago, but the process was made easier than we expected by their friendliness and helpfulness. Our main contact was Mairead who was always a pleasure to meet and who ensured the sale was completed efficiently and quickly.

GoogleWe had a fantastic experience selling our flat through Reeds Rains in Garstang. From the initial meeting and valuation by Mark Hardiker, he showed us a clear plan, he gave us a fixed quote and he showed us he was genuinely passionate about selling our flat. Our flat sale was managed by Mairead Van Aswegan, who was brilliant. She was very efficient, was lovely to deal with from our side and I'm sure from the buyers side too. We achieved our sale and everything was handled superbly by the team at Reeds Rains in Garstang. We would recommend anybody to use them, they won't let you down.

GoogleExceptionally excellent performance from the whole team at Reeds Rains Garstang office! Personal service, extensive knowledge of the local property market and experience (since 1868) making the whole process as easy as it could ever be. So glad I didn’t chance one of those new online DIY agents. There is so much more to selling your house than I ever realised. Professionally trained experts handling the viewings and carrying out the delicate sales negotiations… just two of the many qualities that achieved the best market price for us with a smooth stress free result.
