Privately renting a property with several maintenance issues reported on the day of moving in, which is now nearly eight months ago. Not one issue has been resolved even though there is a health and safety risk. Total lack of care, response and communication from both the local and head office.Poor property management.

Not actually used these yet but from speaking with agents and getting lots of free advice (when I’m tied to another estate agents) has been an absolute godsend. When someone can give out advice on selling your house when you arnt even with them says a lot about a company. I have never used them to sell my house but I 100% will in the future!

All staff are pleasent, friendly and deal with customers in a thoroughly proffessional manner. Numerous viewings wre arranged and it was no reflection on any staff member that two (cash buyers) withdrew their offers. A new (cash buyer) was found and the sale process is progressing well.

GoogleI highly recommend Reeds Rains’ Garstang if you’re thinking of selling a property in the area. They dealt with the sale of my parents home in a professional and caring way. Nothing was too much trouble for Sam, Margery and Ben, and they made the entire process as smooth and trouble free as possible. My only regret is that we didn’t use them when initially trying to sell the property.

It now seems those reviews are all about Walderslade branch.I also whish that if they need to sell their own house they will go with their own agency and receive the same level of service and waste as much time and nerves as I did.
