Very bad dealing , disrespectful behaviour over phone with customers.no answering any emails or calls, I contact them regarding purchasing house listed first time ,To surprise they say you ring before as well but I never ring them they didn’t disclose offer price and ask for mortgage approval first . I send them mortgage approval but no reply after that very disappointing behaviour by the customer service advisor , I strongly recommend not to deal with this company at all

I can't recommend sherry Fitzgerald enough!! I mainly dealt with Pauline but had John's help and advice also. They were both so lovely and helpful, whilst I was selling my property and purchasing another one. I'd also like to say that anytime I phoned their office I spoke to either Helen or Louise and they too were so pleasant and nice! Buying a house is the biggest investment most people ever make. I bought a house in D16 from Sherry FitzGerald New Homes pre-COVID in 2019 and never once had a face to face with a Sherry Fitz employee. Remarkable! On the day of handover, they had a builder from the site meet us at the house with the key. He handed the key over and walked away. I never heard from anyone again to check in on us. We've had a bunch of issues since with the house and estate and nobody wants to know. I thought it was just us, but all the neighbours are in the same boat. Get the money as quick as you can and then move onto the next deal! When I bought off Quillsen in the past, the agent met us at the house to handover the keys with a bottle of bubbly and a congratulations card. They then walked us around the house to make sure we knew how everything worked. They then followed up a few months later to see how everything was going with the new house. That is proper customer service. I wouldn't buy a house marketed by Sherry Fitz every again. My recommendation to Sherry Fitz is to take a good look at their customer experience.

we used SF to sell our house unfortunately the agent told me he couldn't tell us who was coming to view the house because of DATA protection this is not the case with other estate agents and I was also told that no bookings would be allowed unless the person viewing the property had funds approved or financially able to purchase the house this was one of the conditions I had requested due to the fact that I'd have to leave my house everytime someone viewed it which wasnt an issue really but I would rather someone coming in that had funds rather than a person who didn't as it's only wasting time for me and my family aswell as the agents I found that once I signed a contract things had changed only for those reasons I wouldn't recommend but had never any issues in the past

Beware!!!They are unprofessional and provides an amateur service. Never seen anything like it. To deal with them is an enduring insult... Tool a year to sell my house Don't return calls or have a strategy for selling your property. It's simply an ad on daft or home. Ie . They are in no way proactive or care Mark Nestor in particular is extremely poor and lacking basic skills to perform his role. Quickly followed by Helena. Just as bad Takes weeks to get calls returned Can you imagine if they treat you the person selling the house like this.... Agents represent their own self interest....don't actively negotiate on your behalf or care about your asking price. Just want commission Behaviours escalated to the partners of this branch...took no action either. Clearly the culture of the place Girls in the reception are great tho Feedback already given to the office and nothing was done... for 13 months !!!

Bad experience as a potential buyer. They put up a property advert for a house in Coosan which had numerous misleading facts, such as allocated parking spaces, wardrobes, defunct stamp duty exception claims and believe it or not, solicitor fee discounts! A lot of other promises broke down very quickly, with absolutely no movement in the paperwork many months after we put down a deposit. No remorse or apology received in the way this was handled; grossly mismanaged right from the very start. Complete waste of time.
