GoogleI honestly tell you, over 70% of these 5star reviews are absolute lies. My cousins who have been living in one of their houses has asked for repairs from the agency (Who happen to have kept increasing their prices for no apparent reasons) and even though we have emailed and tried to meet them about urgent repairs which were a risk to our health (especially during this snow storm) they did not even have the courtesy to reply to consecutive emails or have the time to speak to my family because they were too busy ‘eating now’ way past lunch time, making them go back home.
If you value your family, you will not go here. I can only advice so much.

Dear David, Sorry to hear that your cousins have problem in their house. But during the last snow storm things went completely out of control as this was an extream issue where our contractors couldn't hope up with the demand due to this bad weather. Apart from this we have a maintenance portal where clients need to report all their maintenance issues which always get resolved within 7 days depends on the nature of that issue. next time any issues please report it via; ramilford.fixflo.com so that all issues can be managed properly and professionally or send an email and all the emails get responded within 48 hours. GoogleWhen we had water pouring into our home from a property they manage, it took them THREE MONTHS to fix it... and that was only after we got Environmental Health to pressure them. Unhelpful. Understand they're cheaper to hire than other letting agents... There is a reason for that.

GoogleThey increased the house price after I viewed, when I refused the increased payment, I noticed that the price was decreased again on thier website. I then saw the same property advertised on 2 other property agents website at the original price of £1200. Which make me believe they are fraudulent, racist and a pain up the backside. Please avoid them. The property was at St. Perters close Newbury park .

GoogleTHE WORST EXPERIENCE ! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! BE CAREFUL !
I rented a flat in Gans Hill , Ilford from Ram estate . It was all good untill we moved out and we had to get our Deposit back . First they charged us for references to another agency 60£/ person . Then on the day we moved my wife went at the property to handle the keys , and a guy from Ram came he took a look then he said to my wife all good just sign here and go . In couple of days I called the agency to ask about the inventory report and if it all was good in terms of realising the deposit . A woman answers and she tells me yeahh all good just some minor things like some stickers on the frame of the window that need profesional cleaning and the owen wasn't clean like nothing for me to worry just 150£ deducted from my deposit and should be all right. I said to her you need professional cleaning for some stickers on the window??? And the owen it was a bit dirty cos we cook in it ... then she said maybe 100 £ will do it . ...maybe even 50£ . So she was trying to get any amount from us . THAT IS NOT THE WAY TO DO BUSINESS!!! YOU CANNOT MAKE THINGHS UP TO TRY TO GET SOME MONEY . YOU CANNOT SAY TO SOMEONE SIGN ALL GOOD AND THEN ASK FOR MONEY!!!!!!. So I paid 50£ from my deposit just to get my money back .

GoogleThis should be the last estate agency to use! They are very unprofessional, rude, letting you down agents and you face disappointment after every interaction with them.. They never kept their promises - the property was miserable, leaks, mould, broken windows with blood marks, no professional cleaning (for which you pay), left us with no wardrobes and beds for 1 month and a half and expected fully paid rent?! Also you dont expect them to return your deposit (as it happens with us at the moment after a month we have moved out). Very poor service and experience with these people. Very very disappointed!!!

The guy called Mehmet just decided to cancell my appointment on the day just because I didn't answer the phone when he called two hours before the appointment - while I confirmed it twice before the day. when I called back he already cancell mine. He didn't even apologize and said it is not his false. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS AGENT! VERY BAD ATTITUDE!

2. Ram estates hiked the rent by £50 / month. The same property was advertised by another agent for £50 less.
Do your due diligence before being ripped by dodgy agents like this.
