Excellent Agent

We had a positive experience with Manor Estate Agent during what was quite a difficult time for me and my family. From the start, the agent was very respectful, professional, and easy to deal with. We made an offer which was accepted, and we went ahead and paid the deposit and first month’s rent. Unfortunately, our circumstances changed, and we found ourselves going back and forth a few times due to uncertainty. Throughout this entire process, Manor Estate Agent remained patient, understanding, and supportive, which we really appreciated given the stress we were under. In the end, we had to withdraw completely, and they refunded our deposit and rent promptly without any issues. That level of honesty and professionalism is rare, many others might have been rude or difficult in that situation. Overall, they demonstrated great ethics and genuine understanding. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional estate agent.
