We were a “walk-in” to a small estate nearly completely sold. Geeta was very welcoming and made time for us even though she had limited time due to another appointment. We made an appointment the next day to bring our son. We are early in the process but so far have found Morris Homes, a brand I had not heard of before, highly satisfactory.

We moved in our new home at Hunsbury Grange on 1st of December 2023.Sales advisors Jess and Lynne were very helpful,welcoming and professional.Jess and Lynne helped us a lot from start to finish ,to offer us advice and help chase things up.The homes are good quality and the customer service is excellent.Highly recommend Morris Homes to anyone looking for a new build!!!!

Myself, my husband, sister-in-law and our daughter decided to have a trip over to Lytham because we’ve wanted to live there for many years. We decided to take a look at a few new developments and Morris Homes in Kirkham was one of them. We were welcomed by the very lovely Anna who told us about the houses for sale and the local area. She was very helpful and informative and took the time to show us a couple of houses which were due to come on the market. We can’t say enough about how helpful Anna was. We’re actually thinking of buying one of the houses. We need to check the area out a little more, as we’d never been to Kirkham before and to also look at the finances. Thank you Anna for spending the time with us. We’ll be back over in the next couple of weeks. John & Amanda

We have brought a 4 bed property at Arkhall farm and Tracey has been amazing through the whole process and been professional. She has kept in contact through the whole process and treated us like family.We are enjoying the house and the environment anything we have noticed has been dealt with straight away and the builders are amazing and willing to help. Tracey still acknowledges us when she sees us out and about.

Always prompt to respond and gave us the time we needed on different occasions before we made our decision to purchase. Following our offer, she ensured the whole process was as straight forward as possible for us and was always available to answer any questions.From moving in, Paul has also been brilliant on site. From the moment I met Tracey from Morris Homes at Arkall Farm I felt like I was her only priority - she gave me such a warm welcome and really knows how to make each potential purchaser feel like they matter. She has a natural ability to make people feel at ease and was extremely patient and kind providing detailed information and answering any questions I had without rushing me or pushing for the sale. She knows that making a house purchase is a big decision and it was important to her that I understood the ethos and values of Morris Homes - that their priority was to ensure we found a ‘home’ and not just a ‘house’. I went back the following day to reserve the property I had viewed and complete some paperwork and started the purchasing process the day after - I can’t wait to move into my new home! From our first visit to view the show homes at Hunsbury Grange through to moving in we have had the best service. Such a friendly team who have all made our move a lovely experience. Special thank you to Lynne, Jess and Scott. The standard of our house is above and beyond our expectations. It has a lovely finish and definitely to a higher standard than other new build properties we viewed. The site contractors have all been a pleasure to deal with. We love our new home and we would highly recommend a Shelbourne Estates Home.

Hannah at Prince’s Meadows Kirkham has been fantastic. We were unsure of what we wanted initially and she arranged for us to see show homes on other sites before deciding on which house we preferred. She has then taken time to show us around the site as well as advising us on options fo4 support selling our house and putting us in touch with a mortgage advisor. Nothing has been too much trouble. She is always very friendly and cheerful

the list of problems we have had at St Micheals park is to long to list customer care are very good there manager S Baker is super, there senior management are the worst ever they tell half truths dont answer calls when asked to return calls, The board of directors dont return calls and the directors in Bedford are the worst they offer one think one day then withdraw it without a reason DONT BUY MORRIS HOMES EVER
