TrustpilotThis company is a total disgrace
This company is a total disgrace. They rent out accommodation which is unfit for purpose, leaving tenants with repairs not done, damp ridden properties without heating. Lie about their clients. Also sell properties without giving full information to clients about state of repairs to be done. There is just the tip of the iceberg. I would avoid this company at all costs. The staff are rude and patronising, and show no respect for their tenants or purchasers alike .

GoogleMy experience of the rental division was positive… until they failed to inform me of the outcome (as promised). I call it ‘modern etiquette’. In today’s market, you’re just a number in the eyes of businesses like this one.

GoogleI was advised by the scottish law society that they could help with a civil case but when I contacted them they refused to help even though they can help they just refused wont be recommending to anyone only advice I was given was seek legal advice elsewhere very poor service
