This company have been beyond a joke.

This company have been beyond a joke. My family member passed. They have charged £8000 to sell the house and deal with the will. None of this was complicated. Easy sale, no one protested the will. House under £175000. It's been over 3 weeks since the sale and we still have not received any funds. They paid themselves instantly. They are earning interest on the monies which are legally not theirs. They will not return any calls. They will not pay the money that is ours. AVOID

This company is a total disgrace

This company is a total disgrace. They rent out accommodation which is unfit for purpose, leaving tenants with repairs not done, damp ridden properties without heating. Lie about their clients. Also sell properties without giving full information to clients about state of repairs to be done. There is just the tip of the iceberg. I would avoid this company at all costs. The staff are rude and patronising, and show no respect for their tenants or purchasers alike .

For anyone looking to INVEST into Forex trading, my family and I want to provide Elizabeth and her team a strong recommendation. In a tough market, Elizabeth Bays did everything right in FOREX INVESTMENT. She offered competitive financial terms, amazing service, and the experience required, I invested just $1500 and within 7 days i made $7000 quickly and for a good PROFIT. She listened to our personal needs and the information about our current situation , and she specialized her marketing strategy accordingly. We got our profit in 7days! Even after we had signed the contract, Mrs. Elizabeth Bays was always quick to answer the numerous questions we asked about the process….usually responding to our emails or text messages within minutes. My friends don't even reply to me that fast, if you are looking for a trusted trader i recommend her to you all , talk with her via Email: elizabethbays70@gmail.comWhatsApp: +1(609)701-2234Facebook: Elizabeth Bays

Would definitely recommend Cullen Kilshaw. They handled our sale and purchase with utmost professionalism. Annemarie was fantastic and supported us through the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. Always there when there was any query and dealt with it promptly. Caring and reassuring always. The " team" especially in our case Katz and Arlene were superb too and nothing was too much trouble.

My experience of the rental division was positive… until they failed to inform me of the outcome (as promised). I call it ‘modern etiquette’. In today’s market, you’re just a number in the eyes of businesses like this one.

Dishonest

I've been dealing with estate agents for years and this company is easily the most dishonest one I've ever met. They so obviously buy favourable surveys as the one I looked at was shocking. Be very careful with this company.
