GoogleI have just sold a property through Rogers & Co - it was a long, complicated sale but Rogers & Co kept on top of it and kept us up to date. Thank you Rogers & Co. I also let two properties through Rogers & Co - again everything went smoothly over 17 years of tenancy with loyal tenants that had been checked out by Rogers.

GoogleNext door's fence came down. This means there is a large gap on our boundary. This company is the agent for the landlord next door. 7 weeks on they have done nothing about it - our neighbours (the tenants) have been in; we went in 2 weeks ago, we were polite, manager was very rude; clearly they are either inept, or just don't care. Avoid.

Due to the high volume of calls and requests to repair fences and roofs following the storm our contractors took slightly longer than usual to carry out repairs. We assure you that as soon as this was reported by the tenants we would have aimed to resolve this as soon as possible.

GoogleRogers were very helpful and offered a personal service throughout, despite difficult market conditions they managed to find a good number of viewers and eventually a buyer, all went smoothly. I had no hands-on involvement as it was a rental property, so they managed everything. Very satisfied.
