GoogleMat's presentation of our property was exceedingly professional and really showed the house to its best advantage. Far better than the agent we used before. He had a totally realistic attitude to selling a quirky period property. His enthusiasm for the uniqueness of our home was refreshing. Communication with Mat was extremely good, we never felt we had to chase him and he always had time to answer all our questions. His assistant Julie was equally positive and had a full knowledge of progressions at every stage of the process. We really felt that our sale was important to Mat and that we were not just another client. Mat and Julie went to great lengths to smooth the path of our sale, which is not always easy, and we would not hesitate to recommend him to both buyers and sellers alike.

GoogleMy colleagues and I have had a great experience with Rivendell as tenants looking for, and finding, a short term let for the four of us. Mat was fantastic with his communication, and through his genuine care for us and his clients, he intuitively paired us with a beautiful 4 bedroom property that he had just received instruction on, having still not even been released to the public property platforms yet. As non-locals, we weren’t able to visit the property nor office before moving in, however Mat was extremely attentive providing us with all relevant details, answering every question and helping us make the move with a very quick turnaround. Julie has also been a brilliant asset; reliably answering our calls, arranging the relevant paperwork and assisting with our process - of which we have gone through feeling well looked after. Would definitely recommend.
