GoogleI used McAllisters to sell my house in Frome earlier this year. It wasn't a smooth process, I'm not sure it ever is, but Jon, Jill, Sharon and team were fantastic throughout. A very professional service, always a friendly voice at the end of the phone, nothing was too much trouble. On several occasions Jon took the time to help me work through reports and surveys for my onward property when I wasn't sure what to do. I truely feel they held my hand and guided me through the whole process. I'm so glad I signed up with them and thoroughly recommend them.

They have really gone the extra mile, chasing potential buyers, finding documents, sorting out leaseholders and complex situations, many of which were mine to do but as I don't live in Frome, it made it tricky. Their help has been invaluable. They always keep me up to date each step of the way i.e. with contacting leaseholders and solicitors, with viewings, potential buyers and offers and they check what I want each time. I highly recommend them
