We own a house in Frintön, which we rent out and have done so for quite a few years. As we do not live in the area, we have always relied on Priory Estates to sort everything out for us. I have to say they do a really wonderful job. There is no stress because I know definitely that they will take care of everything. They always keep us in the loop and are really amazing managing agents It gives us total peace of mind, and they are always responsive to any questions or concerns we may have. I have personally found Priory estates and all their staff in the Frinton on sea branch to be highly professional, demonstrating and delivering a caring and responsive service to their customers. The personal circumstances involved in my situation were very challenging and complex for my daughter and her family, faced with homelessness, the team at Frinton pulled out all the stops to work consistently to find her alternative suitable accommodation. Where other agents just added our names to the mailing list, Priory offered a more personal service and maintained contact, encouraging us to ring daily where needed. Working with their various landlords they were true to their word and after several failed attempts, they persisted and found her suitable accommodation in the area she needed to move to, and their efforts didn’t stop there, as the whole rental transaction was smooth and responsive. I would especially like to pay thanks and give a sincere mention to Lee, Paula and Catherine in the team, as their service goes way above any estate agents I have experienced in my time.
