Dear Mr Rigby, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am sorry that you felt you had to leave a low rating for my company, I do try very hard to make sure we offer the service our customers expect. I am keen to communicate with you as I would be interested to know how I could improve our service for you. Please feel free to contact me so I can learn from your experience with my company. Kind Regards, Ian

Dear Victoria I am sorry to hear that you feel this way, we always try to give a value for money service. Can I ask whether you were looking to sell or rent a property with us? Perhaps we can come to an arrangement with you in order to do business with you? Kind regards, Ian

Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
