GoogleWe have started renting with Karen Parks recently and we are so pleased with how smooth everything has been. Christine has been extremely accommodating and understanding and all staff we've spoken to have been helpful and on top of things. We had a bit of an unusual situation and the staff at Karen Parks were very flexible for viewings and thankfully found us somewhere where we can be happily with our pets. The house is in great shape, the rental process was very thorough. We were particularly impressed that they use a third party to do inventories - that's a brilliant idea to and protects both us and the landlord. Overall extremely happy with our experience and would highly recommend this estate agent!

GoogleQuickly build up a good working relationship with the lettings manager who was very knowledgeable and was able to support me through the whole process. The process of letting has become more and more complicated and Christine was able to support me threw the process which would have been considerably more stressful without Christine's support and guidance. Great company to work with.

GoogleChris and the team at Karen Parks were very helpful and accommodating when I was looking to rent a property in Formby. They were highly responsive, friendly and even let me know if something popped up that I may be interested in.
I advised them of my situation and living requirements which they adequately matched with appropriate rentals. This made the process much easier, meaning I didn't have to spend loads of time looking at properties that wouldn't fit my requirements.
I would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to buy, sell or rent in Formby. They are all lovely and I will definitely be looking to work with them when I finally decide to buy a house!

GoogleI’m so glad I chose Karen Parks. Another well-known agent tried to put me off by claiming other estate agents in the area charge less and value the properties higher because it gets them more business but they can’t secure a sale.
That couldn’t have been further from the truth, my property was priced at £20000 more, had plenty of interest and views, and every member of staff I dealt with was polite, helpful and genuinely enthusiastic about my home.
Lucy and her colleagues were lovely to work with from start to finish and my property sold at £5000 over asking. I felt so at ease with the Karen Parks team, they are warm, professional, honest and easy to talk to. I’d highly recommend them.

GoogleI’ve used Karen Parks Sales & Lettings in Formby for many years and they have never failed to find a tenant for my rental properties. Jasmine, Christine, and the team were fantastic throughout the recent process. The transition between the tenant who left and the new tenant moving in was handled seamlessly, with everything managed efficiently and professionally. Their service is always reliable, friendly, and effective, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Karen Parks Sales & Lettings to anyone looking for a dependable letting agent in the Formby area.

GoogleGave them countless second chances. Now found another agent to manage my property. Charge well over the top for repairs, tennant can never get through to them to report problems which eventually lead to bigger and bigger issues. Avoid.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that your experience with our service did not meet your expectations. This is certainly not the standard we strive to uphold. We take concerns about communication, repair costs and tenant support very seriously. While we understand you have chosen to move on with another agent, we would appreciate the opportunity to review your specific concerns in more detail so we can learn from them and make improvements accordingly. If this is something you would consider, please contact us directly. We wish you all the best with your new property manager and thank you again for your past business.

GoogleThis company has got a terrible reputation. They are awful. I know landlords, tenants and vendors who have gone through Karen Parks and they all say the same, rubbish! Don't trust them to sell or manage your property. Use a reputable company like Steph McNab who know what they are doing!

GoogleSimply the Best
By far the best estate agent that I or my family have dealt with. Jasmine and the other office staff are unfailingly pleasant and helpful. Their help has been sought to deal with some dripping taps, some cracked tiling around the bath and how to read a smart meter! The taps were replaced within a day or two, new tiling was fitted and the smart meter has been successfully read. Can't recommend highly enough.
