Highly recommend. We had quite a few hurdles during our move none of which were caused by the Ewe Move , but by delays in the chain. Throughout all of it, Damian, Suzy, Daryl and Sian were absolutely brilliant. They were always on top of everything, kept in constant contact, and did all they could to keep things moving for us. We’d like to say a huge thank you to Ewemove Hawkinge. A family member recommended Damien Guest to us as he’d heard good reports. Over the last few years we have had dealings with other estate agents, all of them have been a huge disappointment. As soon as we met Damien we knew he was perfect, professional, friendly, realistic and honest. The photos portrayed our house and gardens perfectly, every viewing was faultless, they even made our German Shepherd comfortable with the viewings. What can I say except 5 stars for Damian and Daryl. Estate agents get a bad rap don’t they but my recent experience was the complete opposite with Ewe Move. What stood out was that they were involved in the selling of my house but got involved and helped me when I was having difficulties progressing with that house I was buying. They didn’t have to go to the lengths they did and as a single person buying a house I felt supported during what was a fairly stressful time. I would whole heatedly recommend Ewe Move to anyone considering selling their house.

If you are looking to sell your house in the Folkestone and Surrounding areas, I would 100% recommend EWEMOVE in Hawkinge. It is no coincidence that everywhere you look in Hawkinge you see Ewemove signs everywhere. Damien has a fantastic team of down-to-earth people that help you every step of the way and are very responsive to any questions that you may have. They have a modern approach to this by forming a WhatsApp group which made communication between all parties effective. If however you struggle to use technology, they are very professional and can keep you up to date in other ways. Having been approached by several Estate agents, Ewemove stood out as they seemed very organised in their sales pitch, Damien produced a list of potential buyers that had been looking to move into the area but hadn’t found the right fit. Knowing their needs, he was able to call up the right people to view our house where the house was a perfect match. It should be noted that quite often Estate agents will bring anybody to view a property even if they know that they have no intention of buying it. Ewemove do not do this. They will put your house onto both Zoopla and Right move, whereas others usually go with one or the other. They also have a portal where you can keep track of performance with viewings booked, and how many times the house has been searched. Our house was put up for sale on the 15th of December; we had a viewing the next day. After a few viewings and a Christmas period where the office was closed, we sold on the 10th of January, just under 4 weeks in total. We’d like to thank Ewemove Hawkinge for all their hard work, and by selling our house so quickly has enabled us to land our dream home. Wen would also recommend using the solicitors that they are linked with, as they are also very hard working and responsive.

We initially met Matt Dean in 2024 when we wanted to rent out our house. Matt found a tenant, did his checks but unfortunately it turned out that the tenant was actually a serial fraudster and Matt allowed him to move in, rent wasn't paid, damages was done to the property. turns out that the documents provided were doctored and fake 2 years on and the tenant is still trying to open bank accounts at my property. Matt wasn't readily available as he was on holiday while this was going on and the Head office were not very helpful, all they were saying was that it was up to Matts franchise to sort out, eventually we did, collectively get them out but the stress caused was horrendous. would I use Ewe move again. No.
