FacebookAfter meeting agents from a number of different agents last year we decided to put our house on the market with Burnap and Abel. Damien was very professional, approachable and supportive during the process and a genuinely decent bloke. We were so impressed with their approach and felt genuinely trustworthy. They quickly lined up a number of viewings and we agreed a sale price not long after going live. We saw a number of houses with B&A agents, all of them were very professional and friendly, Darryl in particular is excellent. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell.

FacebookAbsolutely recommend. We plan on selling several properties in the next few years and we’ll never use anyone else. We used them from recommendations and it’s easy to see why they have such a high reputation.
Originally it was a toss up between them & purple bricks and if we’d not used them I do not know what we’d have done.
They not only did their job, they did the solicitors jobs for them too half the time, nothing was too much an ask. It got to a point where they were willing to personally walk documents from one place to another to speed things up, you can’t ask for better service than that.
To top it off they gave us this bottle of Prosecco & chocolates as a moving gift.
We mainly dealt with Sharon & Daryl but everyone on the team was outstanding all the way through so thank you from both of us, you’ll be seeing us again in the new year to start it all again! Haha. Have a great Christmas guys, thanks again.

Hello Rhys and Erin. Admittedly you should of received a call back to let you know that the property had sold and I apologise for that. The team in Dover have been spoken to about improving this for future. However, the fact that the property had 2 offers from clients that could proceed to purchase the property, and unfortunately you are yet to have a buyer for your home and had no other way to proceed without selling your home, the advice given to the client to accept an offer and suspend marketing was the best for the client. I’m sure your agent wouldn’t advise you to reject or stall proceedable offers for clients that can not buy the house. So implying that we have not got our owner the best price isn’t in fact true. The client who is paying our bill is more than happy with the asking price for their property and the job we have done for them.

FacebookWas advised I would receive a call back to book a viewing. Waited 24 hours before giving up and calling them again to be told the house had sold 12 hours ago. Absolutely devastated for myself aswell as the seller who could have potentially got a higher price for their home.

FacebookIf anyone is looking to sell their property I highly recommend Burnap and Abel. The property was on the market on the Wednesday afternoon and an offer accepted on the following Tuesday morning. Daryl put me at ease the whole time and never once complained if I had called or hassled him in any way. All of the staff there are friendly and make you feel part of their team, they all know what the situation is and if you call and who is dealing with you is out of the office, they know exactly what to do or say. I would 100% use them again!
