Debbie is a star! As a first-time buyer, I was pretty clueless about house hunting, but Debbie made it less stressful and easy. She really listened to what I wanted and found me some great options and kept me up to date when new properties came on the market, I had previously been too slow on a couple resulting in missing out. When I fell in love with a place, she helped me put together an offer that got accepted. Debbie knows her stuff and always kept me in the loop at every stage answering all my newbie questions without making me feel dumb. Confdent I'm in good hands for the rest of the process. Debbie has been absolutely brilliant throughout the process so far. From the initial show around the property, to follow-up viewings for measurements, she’s kept me updated at every step. It was an absolute delight dealing with Debbie at Love Homes. Both my husband and I commented following our viewings that we must contact her manager to let him/her know how professional, knowledgeable, informative and helpful she had been. We were greeted with a smile and a friendly welcome and Debbie was able to answer our questions on each property confidently and competently. We returned to the properties for a second viewing and Debbie was able to refer to points we had made on our initial visit, remembering well any positive points we had voiced, she was extremely helpful throughout. At no point did we feel pressured or rushed and also didn't feel that she was just giving us the sales pitch, rather that she was providing helpful information related to our wants and needs. We also had the pleasure of dealing with Duncan by phone, while Debbie was out of the office and he too couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. On a previous days viewing we met with Pete who again was really warm, friendly, informative and took an interest in our specific wants and needs. It was as a result of our meeting with Pete that we explored areas further and have ended up hoping to purchase a new home, so thank you for the recommendation Pete. As a qualified Customer Experience trainer I can say that the agents my husband and I encountered are shining examples of what Customer Service provision should be. A truly great experience with Love Homes Estate Agents Flitwick, highly recommend.

Paresh, the estate agent who has taken me on a few viewings so far during my property search so far in Flitwick has always been super friendly and always happy to answer any questions I have had along the way. I never got the vibe he was being overly salesy even though I know he is represeting the buyer more than he is me, and was always happy to take a step back and allow me the time and space to take in the "feels" of the house viewing. To be honest I enjoy all of my interactions with the Love Home Team, would highly recommend them for your next property purchase or sale! :)

We have recently purchased a property through Love Homes (formerly Urban & Rural) and they have been exceptional. All the staff from the very beginning were professional and helpful and offered an excellent service. The Sales Progression Manager, Sharon Humphrey was outstanding. We had a problem in the chain with our buyer which was causing communication issues with the solicitors and other parties. Sharon took it upon herself to manage the situation, contacting everyone to ensure that exchange and completion took place. I honestly don’t think this would have happened without her, and we are so grateful. We are now settling into our new home and love it - thank you so much!
