GoogleSold through Connells, and although happy with them initially, the service was by far 100%. I guess it depends on what you understand and expect as service. Me, I expect to be called back when told I would be in 15 or 20mins. Not for me to not hear from them and physically go to the office to find the person/s sitting there. What really hasn't impressed me, is the fact I discussed to contract of 1% fees, with their lister, but she decided to put the 'Figure' of 1% I.e. the charge, so when the sale went through at a lower price.......they get away with the Initial charge. Not 1% as agreed. I clearly didn't notice this convenient error. Sneaky if you ask me. I spoke with them on this, but frankly wasn't getting through and fell on DEAF ears. They learly didn't want to do the right thing. I won't loose sleep over a few quid.......just bad taste in my mouth.

GoogleWe had a very good service from Connells - one or two concerns which were addressed quickly - and then the whole sale process completed efficiently with the bonus of exceeding the guide price. Thank you and recommended.
