Excellent Service from Jacqueline and Mandy at Linden Homes, Poppyfields at stanton Cross, Wellingborough. We would like to say a huge thank you to Jacqueline and Mandy at Linden Homes for all their help, support and guidance, although we're on the intial stage to our home-buying journey. Both Jacqueline and Mandy have been incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. They took the time to answer our questions, explain everything clearly and make us feel comfortable and supported while we were making such an important decision for our future. We really appreciate their patience, kindness and dedication. Their excellent customer service has made the whole experience much more positive and enjoyable for us. From start to finish, Damien and Adrianna have been incredibly helpful, friendly and professional throughout the whole process. They’ve always been available to answer our questions, keep us updated and make what can be a stressful experience of buying and moving house feel so much easier. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and we really appreciate all the help and support they’ve given us. As a first-time buyer, I was pleased with the support I received from Linden Homes throughout the process. Colin, Samantha, Rachel, Kevin and Wayne were helpful, approachable and kept the process moving at every stage. Having an understanding team around me made reaching each milestone much less stressful. The solicitors and mortgage broker recommended by Linden Homes were also excellent which helped make the process run smoothly from start to finish, given they know each other and work together often it makes things happen sooner due to each parties knowledge of the development already being present. Especially appreciate the care after completion, willingness to check in and make sure things are ok and provide a small skip to get rid of cardboard as well as garden rotavation and a good clean prior to moving in. Would highly recommend buying flooring and fitting through them as well as an appliance package, made life a lot easier and makes moving in simple! Overall, it was a very positive experience and I am grateful for all the support I received. I would happily recommend Linden Homes to other buyers.

Clare at Pleasley View was brilliant. The new homes look really good.

Clare was brilliant when we popped into Pleasley View yesterday. She coped well with my daughter's 3 year old son, and 9 month old daughter who were creating interruptions during our discussions. She had an excellent level of knowledge, both during our initial discussion then whilst looking round the show house. She went into the various schemes available to assist any purchase. So would my daughter buy a home from Linden. Yes if all falls into place. Well she’s booked a second appt with Clare and intends to travel further a field to look at the showroom for another build as Pleasley didn’t have that design as a showroom. Rhodri was so helpful and informative i had spoken to him several times and always found him to be very polite and courteous then when my daughter and i went to visit the site he was equally so he took us around the showhome showed us on the site plan and explained to us the difference in that and the other style home for sale and gave us the paperwork with both styles on to take home and consider .

We had a great experience with Andrea at the Priors Hall development for Linden Homes. Andrea was friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable about the development and the properties we viewed. She took the time to answer all of our questions clearly and never made us feel rushed or pressured. What stood out most was how helpful and professional she was throughout the visit. She gave us the information we needed, explained the different options properly and made the whole viewing experience feel relaxed and straightforward. Buying a home is a big decision, so having someone who is approachable, patient and genuinely helpful makes a real difference. Thank you Andrea for making our visit such a positive experience. Visited the Willow Woods development at Ely. Had a great experience. Damien took care in showing us around a part built property, a fully completed property and an established part of the development. All completed in a relaxed manner. Didn't feel rushed and was allowed to absorb the detail of everything. Any queries we had were fully answered. If you are considering a new build in Ely then the development is well worth considering. Damien made the viewing experience easy.

Great 1st time buyer experience.

Our overall experience has been great. Our sales advisor Benedict Porteous was supportive from the outset and throughout. As first time buyers, we had lots of questions and found many parts of the house buying process stressful and overwhelming, but Ben always assured us and answered questions swiftly, and never made it feel like we were asking too much. The whole site team did an amazing job of getting our house completed in time for our preffered move in period, despite battling bad weather, so their hard work to get it completed was very much appreciated. The site manager Paul (Smith I think) has also been great and has helped with any snags/quieries very positively, aiming to uphold high standards and finishes, helping to recognise and rectify any snags efficiently. Being the first (and currently only) homeowners to move onto the estate, we are still very much surrounded by building works, however the site team have been respectful and polite at all times.

Excellent service and after care

We have now been living in our new build home for a year and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The house has been built to a really high standard and we have been so impressed with the quality and finish of our home. Like with any new build, we have had a few minor issues along the way, but what has really stood out to us is how quickly and efficiently everything has been dealt with. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and any concerns we have raised have been resolved in a very timely manner. The level of customer service and support we have received throughout the year has been fantastic. It’s reassuring to know that if something does need attention, it is listened to and sorted without any unnecessary hassle. After a year of living here, we can honestly say we absolutely love our home and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a well-built new home with excellent aftercare. ⭐️🏡

She has continued to follow up thoughtfully since our last visit, showing a real interest in our progress rather than simply treating us as another enquiry. Sarah listened carefully and compassionately to our requirements and personal circumstances, taking the time to understand what we needed from a new home. She then talked us through practical options that could genuinely help us move closer to making that dream a reality. We are mid-way through purchasing a…

We are mid-way through purchasing a home with Lindens. We have requested to talk about our concerns to the Sales and Marketing Director, Hannah - who has refused to speak to us in person or over the phone. Lindens will not take your concerns seriously about 1) Misplacing data (or losing it) 2) discussing incentives (in person, or re-visiting them) 3) When you have been told you cannot meet the sales manager but told to progress with the reservation. The director then proceeded to say this was unfactual and we did have access to a manager? Unfortunately we do not feel like Linden's have any priority for customer concerns and this will now be escalated by ourselves. Only quite patronizing emails to their customers skimming over their complaints. The higher staff members quite clearly sit behind the sales team (@ Parkgate Denise and Lesley) who are wonderful, despite the circumstances of our experience. A horrendous experience for two First time buyers. It is an awful feeling to not be able to speak to a senior figure when you have concerns about arguably the biggest purchase of your life. *I would be more than happy to share their correspondence (only by emails!) to anybody who may be also concerned, or is thinking about purchasing a property and may be hesitant!*

Initial thoughts
