GoogleIts been a couple of months since we sold our home and we are delighted with the professional service we received from West Wales Properties. A big thank you to Lynda for all your expertise and for making the experience a positive one and also to Angharad for the lovely photos, all of which meant we sold our house shortly after it went on the market and had multiple viewings. We were kept informed every step of the way and any questions were answered quickly.

GoogleI would like to send a huge thank you to Lynda and Tim in the Fishguard office. In a very difficult year for our family they have been the light at the end of the tunnel ! With unfailing professionalism, courtesy and, above all, patience and understanding , they really are the best example of what an ideal estate agent should be. Having had a very lacklustre response whilst on the market with another agent, West Wales in Fishguard pulled out all the stops for us in the sale of my father's property once we had engaged them. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and , as an estate agent myself, I know it's the behind the scenes work that is often unacknowledged but so essential in providing superlative service. All of this, coupled with their great knowledge of the local market brings the highest recommendation from all of the family. Thank you both!
Thank you for such a lovely review, we are so pleased to hear you were happy with the service your family received, and we wish you all the very best for the future.

GoogleWe deployed West Wales properties to sell our house for us last year and their service help and advice was invaluable. It's always a fraught time moving house and being as we were emigrating to Belarus 🇧🇾, it was even more fraught than usual! Lynda and the team were really helpful and supportive, which is exactly what one needs at such a time! 😀 We can thoroughly recommend them as the first port of call for ones property needs. 😁😁

GoogleI contacted 6 agents. Amazingly only 3 replied. I met those and liked Lynda from WWP best. My first impression was vindicated as she was excellent - direct, honest, communicative and pleasant. She also took on the board the minor requests I made (about being emailed rather than phoned, for example).
Thank you so much for your review - I am so pleased you were happy with the service we provided, it was a pleasure to sell the property for you. Many thanks, Lynda.

GoogleAbsolutely appalling service, sold properties with west wales before with no problem, but now, been trying to contact fishguard or haverfordwest office all day, no answer, left messages, return, got through to carmarthen and when I complained about lack of service they didn't care. I'm selling two properties in mathry but Will never use this company again.
