The property market would be a much better place if all estate agents were as good as this branch of John Francis. We immediately loved the only property we viewed with them. The viewing was done by Ellie who is professional and charming. Our move from Bedfordshire was stressful and fraught with complications including unreliable buyers. However, the team in Fishguard, especially Emma, did everything they could to make our dream come true.

Placed Mum's property on the market with your Fishguard Office very recently, it was priced to sell, Sally Mason your negotiator had it Sale Agreed within four days. I value Sally's expertise as a negotiator, she may be young but she's brilliant at her job. She in my opinion is a very accomplished negotiator and very worthy of a full time job. He kept us fully informed, responding promptly to queries and proactively with updates.
