My wife and I were very happy with the service we received from Innes Johnston and, in particular, Olivia McGowan. Olivia was kind and caring when realising our fears regarding online systems, and helped us patiently step by step. Her youthful vibrancy underpinned by sound legal knowledge made the end process of selling our property far less stressful than anticipated, given her injection of humour at times! We were never left “in limbo” (a past solicitor experience), and emails etc were quickly followed up. Refreshing! We would fully recommend her for the legalities around a property sale.
