I would recommend Lauren and the team at Fords Daly Legal for the ease of process buying our property,.After our initial telephone call with Lauren communication and documents are carried out through their user friendly platform, the team are always on the phone if required, Lauren and the whole team’s customer service was fantastic acting professionally and prompt during the whole process. I was provided with frequent updates and the team have genuinely made a normally stressful process, a stress free experience ! Highly recommended!!

We used FDL to sell our home and buy a new one . It was so convenient having estate agency and solicitors all in one . We also felt the price was very fair as we had a few quotes from other estate agents & solicitors Communication was great from everyone especially Kirsty and Emily They made the process as stress free as they could and kept us informed every step of the way

We used FDL to purchase our first home back in May and the whole experience was completely seamless. As first-time buyers we were naturally anxious, especially after hearing about other people’s stressful experiences with their solicitors. However, ours couldn’t have been more different. Emily kept us informed at every stage with her fantastic communication, and we were never left in the dark. We always knew exactly where we were in the process, and whenever we had questions, we were never made to feel like an inconvenience. We would definitely use FDL again!

We cannot recommend this firm enough for their exceptional service in helping us purchase our first property. After a stressful experience with our previous solicitors, this team was a breath of fresh air. They quickly got us set up and were instrumental in helping us secure an offer. A special and huge thanks to Lynne, who went above and beyond with her dedication. We were incredibly impressed by her skilled negotiations and invaluable advice. Her commitment made a significant difference. We'd also like to thank Scott for his diligence. He kept us informed with fantastic communication throughout the entire process, demonstrating amazing professionalism. Their combined efforts truly made what could have been a very stressful process feel stress-free and painless. We are incredibly grateful and happy in our new home.

Cannot reccommend FDL enough. We bought our first home through them as they came recommended from the builder at the time. They recently helped us sell that home and buy our new one. Extremely attentive, knowledgable and professional from all we interacted with, special thanks to Scott and Lynne.

Just wanted to publicly thank Emily and the FDL team for helping us in the purchase of our new home earlier this month. We used them on the recommendation of First Mortgage Dunfermline and were very happy with the level of service provided, both individually and as a team. Emily was very responsive and patient with me, as I had missed information sent to me a couple of times and truly had no idea what was involved in the process. Her quick responses were appreciated even more, as the sellers were depending on me for information (their solicitor was nearly non-responsive during the process). We felt prioritised throughout and the method of sharing information on the app felt modern and safe. Overall highly recommend FDL to anyone unsure about their legal options.

I can’t thank the FDL enough for their dedication and service we have been given. Lynne Mackie has been absolutely so professional and fantastic with helping us through everything and keeping us positive. Such a lovely, genuine and caring person who just wanted to help us settle into our new home and really made us feel better. Always reassuring, always got time (even when I kept asking questions 😂) and just an absolute overall pleasure to work with. Thank you Lynne, Scott Ford and team at FDL. Because of you we are now settled in our home and I am so grateful 🍾💐. And will miss our catch ups lynne!!! 10/10 service.

I need to acknowledge the fantastic service from Fiona, Scott and the team at FDL. I just sold my flat in 6 working days at a price well over valuation. We could not be happier with all aspects of the service. I would highly recommend FDL.

Cannot recommend enough, Shannon was a fantastic help in securing my first mortgage. Of course a lot of paper work and documents needed sorting and Shannon went above and beyond, especially in keeping me updated and stress free. Thanks again.

Brilliant service provided by Emily Young, Lauren Daly, and the whole of the FDL team. Used FDL as recommended by my financial advisor for my first house purchase. Emily and Lauren were excellent at answering my queries about the various properties and the homebuying process in general. Quick, informative updates throughout the conveyancing made the process anxiety-free, simple, and allowed me to enjoy my first house purchase. The various office staff were speedy at directing me to the right folk, always available, and helpful to the end. Would highly, highly recommend FDL for anyone looking for a solicitor, couldn't fault them at all. It would be a no-brainer to use them again if I ever needed to. Thank you Emily, Lauren, and FDL!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

They answered all our queries quickly and our purchase was straightforward and stress free thanks to the team. They kept in touch and kept us up to date with all the progress and now that we're all settled we couldn't be more pleased. Shannon, Lauren and Rachael thanks again!

Over the last 10 years I have used FDL to sell five houses and buy four and I have never had an issue with them. If a problem arose they dealt with it promptly and proficiently. Through all my dealings with their staff they have all been highly knowledgeable and professional but remaining informal and putting me at ease. Nothing is too much. I thoroughly recommend FDL not just for house buying or selling but for other legal services too. First class.

I would highly recommend using FDL for the entire process of selling and legal. The staff are supportive throughout and update and inform you regularly. I feel very lucky to have worked with Lynne Mackie in selling and purchasing my new property. She fully understood my anxiety and ensured she kept in regular contact and went above and beyond on the whole journey with me. During the advertising process I was very lucky to have Leah and Courtney supporting me. The entire process was managed smoothly. Thank you all .

We recently relocated from North Wales to Scotland and required two separate sets of conveyancing to reflect the different legal systems. Not only did FDL deal with our property purchase in Scotland but they also offered to contact our reps in Wales when we were struggling to get any answers or timescales from them. That was above and beyond their remit and they made a really difficult time way less stressful. Emily was a lifesaver and we can't thank her and the team enough for their help. Suffice to say, we're now settled in Scotland!

I could not recommend FDL more and will be using them again in the future.
