GoogleWe had looked at numerous properties in the area, but nothing that my wife and I both liked. Rosella found us the perfect bungalow. We walked through the door and knew it was going to be our home. It matched exactly to our wish list. She filled us in with all the house details and gave us contacts for useful tradesmen. I would highly recommend Rosella if you are looking to buy in the Ferndown area.

GoogleRosella (and her team) at Winkworth Ferndown have been absolutely superb in securing the sale of our house in Ferndown. At the outset, she was keen to understand our situation and suggested a realistic pricing strategy that reflected the stagnation in our market segment and the extremely difficult conditions/sentiment that were prevailing (rather than just pitching an unfeasibly high price to try to secure the mandate - which seemed to be the norm with other agents). She has been exemplary in communicating with us throughout the (long winded) process and in chasing along the (extensive) chain to track down and help resolve issues. The Winkworth business model means (I believe) that the Ferndown branch is Rosella's own business and her drive and commitment to it shine through in the service she and her team provide. We highly recommend Rosella and Winkworth Ferndown without hesitation.

GoogleWinkworth were the second estate agent to market our property. The first were an absolute disaster inaccurate and hurried all the things you think when you hear the words ‘estate agents’! What a difference from Rosella and her team. Professional and accurate always responding to queries quickly. She marketed the property well gave sound advice and provided support and guidance when required. At the end when the deal nearly broke down she stayed calm and professional, professing surprise at buyers decision due to all the money already expended. She was correct, the buyers got their act together and we eventually exchanged and completed within a week at the price originally agreed. Excellent and highly recommended, if you need an estate agent in Ferndown Winkworths should absolutely be your first choice!

Rosella, Kate & Holly are all extremely polite, professional & proactive, communicating everything to me through the entire process. They managed to sell the property at the first time of asking, consistently going above and beyond their duties to get the deal across the line, and made what is often considered an extremely tough and stressful time much more manageable. GoogleI recently completed on my purchase through Winkworth, Ferndown. From my very first meeting with Rosella her level of professionalism was evident. As with any purchase, there were questions along the way and nothing was ever too much trouble. All contact, whether by phone or email was met with the same speedy response. Rosella even responded to Wattsapp messages out of hours. Additionally, Rosella was also able to recommend a contractor to me and was also proactive in liaising with the developer on more than one matter! In summary, Rosella provided an invaluable service and was extremely personable in all dealings and a real pleasure to get to know. Estate Agents often get a bad rap but Rosella deserves every bit of high praise she has received with all her 5* reviews. Thank you Rosella and also a quick shout out to Jackie who was also, always, super friendly, helpful and efficient. They make a great team!

GoogleRosella was absolutely fantastic. We took her lead on setting a guide price for our 3 double bed property we were selling, rather that setting an exact price. That guide price was close to the minimum we wanted to achieve. She expected it to achieve significantly over. Rosella wasn't wrong. Within 1 week of listing we had 10 viewings planned. Come the day of viewing 4 offers by lunchtime 2 of which were well over the price she expected it to achieve. Rosella and the team at Winkworth are personable and the communication is good. She assisted with queries promptly and gave advise on our onward journey. I would happily use again and recommend to others.
