GoogleWe had been on the market for over a year with another estate agent and were approached by Ellis winters to see if they could help with the sale of our house after opening their office in Fenstanton.
We are so pleased that we decided to move with them, the service we have received from both Liam and Steph has been fantastic, not only have they been able to sell our house in 3 months but also find and secure us a property.
One thing we really liked was the communication, we had weekly updates from Steph letting us know what they were doing to try and sell our house and always provided feedback from viewings quickly.
We felt very involved in the whole process and couldn't be happier.

Based on the name used to post this review, we have been unable to identify the specific tenancy or property involved. However, we can confirm that the vast majority of our tenants receive their deposit back in full at the end of their tenancy.
Where deductions are proposed, these are always supported by evidence such as check-in and check-out reports, and tenants have the right to challenge any deduction through the independent deposit protection scheme. Any amount ultimately retained from a deposit is therefore subject to independent review and must be justified.
It’s also worth noting that it is always in our interest for properties to be returned in the same condition they were let. Managing deposit deductions and arranging remedial works creates additional administration and coordination for our team, and we do not profit from this process.
If you are a current or former tenant, we would genuinely welcome the opportunity to discuss your concerns directly and work towards a resolution.

GoogleAVOID this dreadful and unprofessional company at all costs. Their staff, including company directors, are rude and dismissive to complaints regarding the issuing of unlawful rent increases, amongst other types of notice served in breach of United Kingdom Law. I have been forced to take Ellis Winters Ltd to tribunal at His Majesty's Court to recover damages. This company will ignore your formal complaints and refer you to their Ombudsman, to whom they pay membership! Corrupt, unprofessional, liars and lawbreakers! Avoid!
