GoogleI rented a property very recently from Newcastle Lettings and dealt with a lady called Syma who I found to be extremely helpful. She was always easy to reach and would respond quickly. She handled all my queries and was always friendly and easy to talk to. The property itself was in great condition and overall a lovely home, I requested new carpets and this matter was handled the same day. Very pleased.PositiveResponsiveness

GoogleAppalling service. No one gets back for weeks, I messaged their Facebook emailed rang and when you finally get number that person wants to pass a message on to someone else. I feel sorry for the landlord using this business their properties will be endlessly empty

GoogleDisgusting properties. We were shown some of the most dirty, filthy, unkempt, properties we've ever had the misfortune to view! The cheek of the staff showing us round, acting as if nothing was wrong with these places. Grubby does not adequately describe the vast majority of the property stock this agency has. Absolutely shocking.
