GoogleGreat estate agents. Torquil was very knowledgeable , friendly and put no pressure on to sell. Alan took great photos and quickly answered queries. The whole team are approachable and quickly responded if I had a query. They did all the viewings for me which was a great relief.

GoogleWe were struggling to find the perfect house, so I e-mailed loads of estate agents in the area and told them what we were looking for. Charlie Papworth from Diamond Mills in Felixstowe was the only one to reply. He remembered my email and when a suitable house came up, he contacted me immediately, it was the ‘one’ and our offer on the house was accepted. He has been great at keeping us “in the loop” as things progressed. We moved last week. Special mention to Charles who always goes above and beyond to help. His knowledge of property in the local area is fantastic. He listens to what you want, but also offers great insight and advice. GoogleWhen my mother in law passed away, my wife was saddled with the estate and all that entails. She needed to sell a lovely home in Felixstowe as well. This was complicated further by the fact that we live in America. Enter Diamond Mills Estate Agents Torquil McLeod and Charlie Papworth. Both have been an absolute joy to work with! Torquil is a gentleman of the highest order and put us immediately at ease regarding the sale. His estimation of the value was spot on and he provided expert advice throughout. Charlie was extremely responsive to our questions and requests which also served to decompress a very stressful situation. The property sold quickly despite the Pandemic. Both men and the agency come with our highest recommendation. Thank you, Diamond Mills, for everything!

GoogleVery disappointed with the lack of communication. I contacted five individual agents, the general email, and left multiple voice messages over the weekend, with no response. Despite all efforts, I missed out on a property I was genuinely interested in. Poor follow-up and coordination led to a frustrating experience.
