Thankyou Mac for everything you have done to support my nan with the sale of her house . You couldn't ask for a better company to look after you when it comes to selling a property from the very start to completion The communication from Mac & Ellis is 5 Star ++++++ I would absolutely recommend Mac , to anyone who's looking at selling. Ellis kept us up to date with his emails insuring we had all the information, 5 star +++++ I've used a high st estate agent once and they don't come no where near the standards of Meldone Estates Their hard work deserves more than 5 stars . Thankyou for everything. 😊

I would highly recommend Mac. He maintained a professional and efficient approach. He always answered my queries and chased answers where and when required. He recently sold my commercial business which was no mean task. He understood all the regulations, legal and leadership style required by the potential purchasers. This ensured no time wasters had a viewing, which occurred with my previous estate agent. I cannot thank Mac enough for his continual support to me.

Very disappointing! Mac Cheema was not truthful throughout the process. There was an initial hidden cost at the beginning to pay for checks. Other estate agents do not have this costing. He applied a lot of pressure on me to change lenders and increase my offer when there were issues during the process. Towards the end, he kept stating that we're close to completing and exchanging, however, my personal estate agent and my solicitor both said that this was not the case. He kept trying to put pressure on me to chase things up that didn't need chasing. Mac kept stating that it was IMPERATIVE that XYZ had got done. Again, from having spoken to my solicitor and estate agent, this was not the case. He was not on the side of the buyer. He was extremely ruthless and pushy. Finally, when collecting the keys, I had to meet him in a public location, near a train station, rather than the official office. It was extremely odd - Not entirely sure if there is an office? I would not trust him - Please do not use!

Mac and his colleagues acted for us as sellers. I found them to be efficient and professional. Despite a difficult process and market, Mac found the right buyers, managed the process and my expectations well and ensured that the chain did not break. He also helped us in making the move and found excellent tradesmen for resolving our issues. I would recommend Mac and his colleagues and would use them again.

Cannot recommend Mac enough, a straight talking agent in a sea of confusion. He was efficient, polite, friendly and professional to the end. We are so grateful to have had him working for us. Thankyou!

We cannot recommend Mac Cheema - Keller Williams Meldone Estates highly enough. He and his team looked after us from start to finish during the process of selling our home. His wealth of knowledge and experience was invaluable - nothing was ever too much trouble and he was always on hand to answer questions or give us advice, at anytime, 7 days a week. Without Mac and his team constantly working hard, behind the scenes, to keep our chain intact I am not sure our sale would have got over the line. If you are thinking of selling your home, give Mac a call - you won’t regret it!

From the initial meeting I felt he was so knowledgeable and his expertise continued to be of value particularly when a few conveyancing challenges arose which he resolved. I can’t thank Mac Cheema and his team at Meldone Estates enough for their work selling my property in Kent. After my apartment sat on the Rightmove market for a year with no success, Mac stepped in and sold it within just four months, from start to completion, with professionalism and diligence.
