For various reasons ours was a difficult house to sell and we feel we wasted a year with our previous agents, also independent and well-regarded in the area. David Iliffe came into the task full of positivity and displayed great expertise about the area and the process. We have sold seven houses to date and I’ve often felt I could do a better job myself - but not this time. This team has been the best of the lot!

FacebookA professional, yet friendly estate agents independent to Faversham, owned & run by brothers David & Nathan. We decided to try them after our daughter told us about them, rather than the mainstream estate agents, firstly to give a new, local business the work & secondly, hoping we’d receive a more personal service, & we weren’t wrong. David was our main point of contact throughout & he was there every step of the way which ended up with many spanner’s in the works, but David dealt with every issue superbly & professionally. Initially he knew who the property was suited to & had a sale agreed in no time. Being our family home for just over 50 years, it was an emotional rollercoaster from start to finish, but David has found the ideal family to hopefully start another cycle.

We chose Iliffe & Iliffe because we liked Davids manner. This proved to be a good gut feeling as both David and Nathan guided us through the whole process with knowledge, professionalism and calmness.
