GoogleTop class service from George Grundy. I have recently just sold my property with them. Nick and Jackie have been fantastic throughout. Big thank you to Jackie who always kept me informed on anything new and always made me feel like she had time for my queries. Couldn't fault them at all and I'm sure anyone that who uses their services will agree.

GoogleThe lady I spoke to on the phone regarding viewing a property was extremely awkward. I simply wanted to book a viewing for a house but she kept insisting if my property was not on the market I couldn’t proceed. I informed her I would only put my property on the market if I was interested and liked the properly after viewing. After asking her a couple of more questions , we went round in circles- to the point were I gave up. Im suprised since I have only heard good things about this company. it is as though she didn’t want me to view the property when I was genuinely interested. What a shame!

Many of our clients don’t want waves of people viewing, who aren’t in a position, to buy, due to security, confidentiality, and practicality issues. Our staff member merely did their job, in ascertaining your position, to meet and respect our clients’ expectations. I’m sure you would want us to do this for you, if we were selling a property for you? Again, we can offer our assistance to you should you so wish? We would urge you to seek a manager’s assistance, before resulting to posts like this, as reviews of this nature are not really in the publics greater interest. GG Estates Team

GoogleWe have used George Grundy a couple of times now over the last decade. They have always been outstanding and very professional. When a problem arises they are on the ball abs quick to resolve. A special mention to Jackie who will always sacrifice her own personal time to ensure you get everything you need.

GoogleI had to have my mothers property valued for probate reasons after my dad recently passed away. I rang George Grundy Estate agents to ask if they could help. The lady on the phone was extremely understanding and helpful, promptly arranging an appointment. On the morning of the appointment I received a confirmation text containing all the details. Nick who came to value the property was very professional and extremely understanding in this difficult time for us , I cannot praise them enough and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

FacebookA fantastic personal service from Jackie, Nick and the team. We had a few hiccups along the way with selling our property but was always made to feel at ease. I bombarded them with questions on a daily basis at times and thought I must be driving them mad, but every question was met with a friendly answer. Nothing was too much trouble. GoogleI don't usually give 5 stars to anyone as I believe there's always room for improvement but this company, actually the Farnworth branch and a lady called Jackie from that branch definitely deserve the full 5 stars. She went above and beyond her job scope to help me and my husband out so that we could meet the deadline of our completion date. Excellent service from her. So so grateful.

FacebookI’ve never met anyone as patronising as the lady I spoke to yesterday. Waited all day for a call back regarding a offer I put on a property. My husband emailed to see if the offer was accepted. Straight away Jackie emailed could you ring me as I’ve not got your number. When he rang her she said could she deal with him in future as your wife was a bit flustered and didn’t have the answers to my questions, she was a bit flustered. My husband had to listen to this women absolutely putting me down. He told her she was very rude and did not wish to deal with her. My husband then told her to rescind the offer as we are absolutely disgusted at her manner. Never have I had to listen to anyone put me down the way she did!!!!
