My now c wife and I found ourselves in a very challenging situation. Despite owning and living in a wonderful rural , quirky 4 bedroom cottage in lovely Ewshot, we had reached the point where it was time to turn over a new chapter and go out separate ways, unbeknownst to us the market for properties over the £700-£1200k mark, was in termoil. In an ideal world we would have taken it off the market and sat things out, waiting for the market to bounce back. However, we simply uad to sell to move on with our lives but getting the best possible price was imperative. We choose Strutt Parker due to the fact Greg had done a great job for us m, 5 years ago when relocating all the way from Crondal to Ewshot. His approach was friendly, highly professional without being too in your face sales oriented. Depute being situated in a top location, with a substantial garden and very decent size pool, we were not getting the expected level if viewings: leading to offers. Strutt Parker worked hard to generate interest, also kept us informed regarding progress. Becoming impatient I felt a change in agent may make some kind of difference. It was my ex, Sheena that persuaded me to soldier on with SP. It was in fact her that worked close with Clare at SP and her that ensured the house was spotless when viewingd took place . Once an acceptable offer was made, the deal was done. Greg, Claire and the team came through for us and we can now move on with our lives.

We don’t normally write reviews, but in this case, my wife and I were so impressed and happy with the service provided by Strutt and Parker, and in particular by Aaron Turner, that I felt I should, in the true spirit of reviews, to offer help to those who are seeking insight into Strutt and Parker! We selected Strutt and Parker because we liked the clear market insights and the realistic approach to marketing our house, offered by Aaron Turner at our initial meeting. Once selected Aaron Turner was directly responsible for acting on our sale, but he did so much more, working to coordinate agents and solicitors above and below us in the chain, as well as keeping communications open and frequent with our buyers even when things went temporarily wrong in the chain. Best estate agent we have dealt with

We have just exchanged contracts on a house marketed by Strutt & Parker, and Aaron Turner has been a delight to work with. Although he was acting for the vendor, he invested more time and energy in keeping our purchase moving than our own estate agents did with our sales. He is calm, measured, experienced, and a great communicator. When my partner’s sale fell through and we had to pull out of the chain temporarily, Aaron was constructive and realistic about the steps needed to get things moving again quickly. Today we exchanged not only on our purchase, but also on the sales of both our properties, and Aaron has kept up momentum behind the scenes by proactively contacting all parties involved. Having experienced good, mediocre and poor estate agents in the past, Aaron, and by extension Strutt & Parker, stands out as the best we have dealt with.

I recently bought a property through Aaron and can't recommend him highly enough. This wasn't a simple transaction, and there were a few points where it could easily have stalled. Truly terrible estate agents.

Truly terrible estate agents. For the past five days both my husband and I have contacted them repeatedly to ask for a home report for a property they're advertising for sale with no response. Recorded voicemail when you call does not return the messages left, and gives an office number to call if "urgent" but that number loops you back to the same voicemail. Nick, you suck at your job. The chat bot they have takes your request and doesn't get back to you. The number to dial via Rightmove gets you nowhere either. Honestly, if I was selling through them I'd be incredibly unhappy. Truly awful company offering no service to buyers.
