GoogleI have left the letting of my buy to lets in Farnham and Fleet to Kingswood Lettings for the last 14 years They have always been let with Hardly a day of them ever being empty. A very slick professional extremely helpful & friendly company

They were prompt to fix anything we informed them about, and the property itself was wonderful and well maintained. Fiona and Gabriel were both friendly, professional and easy to get in contact with if needed.

GoogleI couldn’t recommend Kingswood Lettings enough! As a first time renter Fiona and Gabriel couldn’t have made the process easier! Right from the beginning they have been friendly and approachable, and very easy to get into contact with. They sort any issues (if any!) straight away, even if I’m unable to take a day off work they will be in for anything needed. They have really gone above and beyond and you will not find better lettings agents! If I could I would have stayed with them but had to move due to a new job location. I have had an absolutely brilliant experience with them and only positives to say. Thank you!

GoogleThis was my first renting experience and I cannot thank Fiona and Gabriel enough for their professionalism, friendliness, helpfulness and honesty from start to finish. Other agents I'd had brief dealings with were positively terrible in comparison so I cannot recommend Kingswood highly enough. I had a couple of minor issues after moving in which Fiona sorted instantly so many thanks .

GoogleRented with Kingswood for almost a decade. Unlike most letting agents, there were no admin fees - which makes a big difference. They were very easy to get along with and they kept visits to a minimum - typically to install or upgrade something - they respected my privacy and trusted me to take care of the property. Checking in with them was very easy, checking out was even easier - I always found them reasonable and kind. Whenever I had an issue with the property or a query, they would typically respond within minutes and the matter would be sorted very quickly. On the one occasion I locked myself out, they dropped everything to come and help me. I would highly recommend them to both landlords and tenants.
