Very disappointed in Hamptons office. We put an offer on a flat and paid a holding deposit, they still have not removed the flat from the market after two weeks.

Just do not care about tenants, no sense of urgency, delay sending back deposits. If it’s not a great property don’t use this agency as it just isn’t worth it
