Have had a lot of dealings with the Farnham office recently and have to say that both Richard and Phoebe have been providing an excellent service. Richard has always been good to deal with and he seems to have created the same ethos within his team. I’m particularly impressed by Phoebe’s reliability and attention to detail. She always returns calls and puts in the extra effort to find information for me. Communications is an area that most companies fall down on , so it’s refreshing to deal with people that keep me fully updated.

Excellent in every way! My husband and I visited your Farnham office yesterday to discuss lettings and sales with both Phoebe and Freya. Both Phoebe and Freya were exceptional in every way. What a wonderful experience we have had securing a rental in Fleet. It is very stressful relocating from abroad, and Phoebe has helped us put a very significant peg in the ground by working with us and the Landlord to execute a rental agreement. The thing that stood out for me in dealing with Phoebe, was not only that she was very professional, but also very empathetic, not pushy and she really listened and understood our needs.
