We have had the pleasure of working with Foreman King for the last five years and FK staff have earned our highest recommendation! Lisa, Karen and Jane have worked hard to ensure that our time at The Sheiling was comfortable and safe. They are responsive and respectful and we cannot thank them enough for treating us like family during our time at The Sheiling. Throughout our recent international move, they also made sure that our transition from notice to checkout was smooth and easy. Thank you, ladies, from the bottom of our hearts for the best rental experience.

I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service I received from this lettings agent. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to help me secure my new rental property, and the level of support they provided was outstanding. What really stood out was how proactive and supportive they were with the funding side of things. They took the time to explain all my options clearly, helped me through every step of the process, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward. Their advice and guidance made a huge difference and meant I was able to secure a property that’s perfect for me and my family. The whole team was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about getting the right outcome for me. Communication was excellent throughout, and I always felt in safe hands. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent, especially if you need help navigating funding or affordability. Thank you so much for making this such a positive experience!

Very happy with the letting service provided by Foreman King. The team of Lisa, Katharine and Karen is very efficient and pro-active which is really important for me as I am no expert in lettings; basically they keep me out of trouble and also as a result makes the tenant experience better as the property is well looked after and adhere to the various letting regulations. Their tenant selection has also been flawless which is another paramount point for the landlord. I am at the 4th tenancy agreement with them and would not think to go elsewhere.

I highly recommend Foreman King. I bought my house in Stoke Poges through them a number of years ago and now I can say that I am very pleased to have sold the house through them in July 2025. Great service as a buyer and seller. Dedicated brilliant team in Katharine and Richard, but also all the individuals that I worked with were truly focused on this being a smooth process. I was kept fully informed throughout and Foreman King went over and above to help with moving the sale through as quickly as possible. Professional, polite and really easy to deal with given house sales are always a little tense! Thank you!

Lisa, Sarah and Karen of the letting team at FK have been exceptional over the last few years. Their professionalism, knowledge and efficiency has allowed us to relax and navigate the perils and complexity of being first time landlords in confidence. It has been such a relief to leave our property in such efficient competent hands and know that they are more than capable of solving any tenant issues in our absence. It has been a fabulous partnership and I would highly recommend the team to anyone looking for a reliable and professional agent. Thank you

I would give 7 stars if I could 🌟 I do not have enough positive words to describe the experiences that I have had with Foreman King over the years. I bought my house from them in 2021 and then consequently rented out and sold the same house with them in 2025. Richard Foreman and Katharine Green in particular were exceptional in their quality of service, market knowledge of Farnham Common, friendliness, communication, professionalism and commitment towards both the seller and buyer. You will not find another real estate agent who charges such reasonable fees and is so committed and hard-working to get the job done for you. I cannot thank you both enough Richard and Katharine for everything you have done for me and my young son. I will continue to use Foreman King if I ever need any real estate services around the Farnham Common area. Highly recommend - the absolute best real estate agent!

I have been using the letting services of Foreman King for over 6 years now. I have always been impressed with their professionalism and helpfulness throughout the Tenancy of my property. Lisa most noticeably has been a point of contact and is truly a great ambassador of Forman King, her knowledge of the lettings industry and the advice she therefore offers is by far the best I have ever experienced. I take great comfort that my property is compliant with what is expected legally of me as a landlord. This is completely managed by Foreman King. In truth everyone has been super helpful. When things have gone wrong with my property they have managed the situation quickly and made the complete experience frictionless for me. Whats not more to love!
