I wanted to write a short review of my recent experience of Haart estate agents Farnborough. I particularly wanted to thank the tenacity, commitment, hard work , excellent personal skills warmth and customer service received from one of your agents , namely Vikki Walsh.
Not only was she always helpful and indeed all those other things you expect from an agent, but she was also kind to us and very understanding with people coping with the stress of buying houses.
Indeed she also went the extra mile on occasion and went to see my partner when he was ill as she was in the next road visiting a property!
So thank you Farnborough Haart from satisfied customers

We are renting a property through your agency. Reported an issue 16 months ago!! Still not sorted.
I've tried to communicate with a person responsible for a maintenance in your office but she is always hiding with ''I'm busy on another call....I'll call you later'' which hasn't happened.
I've been dealing with that issue over 16 months now with more than 4 different agents as they come and go ( ???) .....not recording issues...photos...emails...
Totally poor poor service.
You are probably waiting for an injury to happen in my house to take it seriously.
