We had not heard of this scheme before and did some research, which proved very positive. Without this scheme, my son would not have been able to afford to live in this area, close to where he grew up. The house itself is beautiful and finished to a very high spec, in a stunning location. GoogleMy daughter and her husband bought a Landspeed home (secondhand) near Norwich in Norfolk several years ago. They've just had their first baby and are very happy in their home, which is big enough to extend their family. It has enabled them to have a house they could not of afforded on the open market. Landspeed offer an excellent product and all our dealings with them have been first class. I'd recommend anyone looking for their first home (or if they have limited funds) to seriously consider Landspeed.

Can you please advise as to who you've been speaking to and why you have made the review that you have please?
This is certainly not the way we run our business, so we are all intrigued to understand who you are referring to and what the references are.
Please provide the evidence so that we (and Google) can assess whether or not you are simply aggrieved because we could not approve an application to purchase a property or are simply the same individual (formerly Sam but now Dave) who gave a review after breaching his legal obligations.
If there is any truth in your review then clearly we will investigate further.

It's interesting to note that you originally posted your review as Sam! Perhaps you can tell us what your "personal experience" was, in order for you to have posted such a review? We have sold over 300 properties, without a single issue, so we would be happy to share the facts of your particular case so that others seeing these posts can make their own decision.
As we have sold properties to a number of people called "Sam" and "Dave" (and equally have been unable to qualify others for purchase) we are also not clear as to who has left this review. Perhaps you could be so kind as to advise us of your full name and whether you feel aggrieved that we could not qualify you to purchase a new property from us or whether you are an existing owner with a specific grievance please? We can then look in to that grievance and respond accordingly.
We suspect you may be an aggrieved owner of a resold unit who we discovered to be running an unsanctioned business from your property...and the authorities advised of possible police action?
Hopefully your lack of evidence will eventually cause Google to remove this false review.
