Fionna, updated us weekly on progress and went above and beyond to help move the process along. GoogleUnfortunately, I am very disappointed with a service they provided. On waiting to view a property this afternoon with a confirmation email we were let down. when calling the office to see if someone would be meeting us we were informed that we had called that morning to cancel the appointment. This is not the case we had not cancelled the appointment they just had no one to view the property with us and placed the blame on the client. It would have been better in to be honest with us and rearrange an appointment this would have been better for both parties. On a whole very disappointed with the service we received.
From Lettings Department - We are very sorry for the confusion that occurred on Saturday, unfortunately there were two appointments that had been booked in both with very similar sounding names, our weekend staff who took the call from the other tenants to cancel the appointment in error cancelled yours. This only became apparent when you contacted our office to advise no one was there to show you around, unfortunately at that time my collogue was then at another viewing. We are sorry you were not able to see the house later on that afternoon when we had availability, we wish you well in your search for a new home.

James suggested a sensible guide price for the house we were selling in Stubbington, and provided very helpful advice on the offers received. We were kept informed at all times and Dibbens made the selling process straight forward.

GoogleWe both sold and bought our house through Dibben's and they were first rate throughout the entire process. It's not very often you can say that every staff member is excellent, but we felt really well looked after by everyone we came into contact with. Professional, friendly, patient, clear and responsive. We couldn't have asked for more from them. They understood what we were looking to buy and found it for us. They were honest and productive about selling our house and always kept us up-to-date/followed up appropriately with viewings. They always called back and never made you feel like you were being a nuisance (which I have no doubt that we were!). If you are buying or selling a house is Stubbington, do it here. I am actually Mike Browning and I am very happy to report that the assistance given by Lauren and others at Dibbens was absolutely outstanding. The sale of my Mother's bungalow was needed as she had recently passed away but the skill and sensitivity with which the sale was handled helped me no end at a difficult time. The bungalow was viewed seemingly within minutes of it going on the market and the subsequent sale was almost as speedy. Thank you to a great team.
