GoogleSam and George got in contact with us not long after we had put our 4 bed HMO on the market for sale. We had endured over a year of really bad management from a previous agent and had more or less given up on the property as we found that it was no longer financially viable. After a brief conversation with Sam explaining our situation he agreed to take over the management. It has turned out to be the best decision we have made so far. The property was in a pretty dire state prior to handing it over, however Sam and George have managed to completely refurbish and revive it, with all 4 rooms now let. Communication has been great and the overall service we have received so far has been excellent. I would have no hesitations with recommending them.

GoogleI have loved living in one of GS Homes’ shared houses this year and will be very sorry to leave after a great 8 months! Sam and George are both brilliant and very easy to communicate with. Nothing is ever too much of an issue and they are always quick to deal with any faults. Bills included makes everything so much easier and stress free. Without a doubt the best landlords around.

GoogleThe agent came into my home and valued my property from sitting in the chair with out even looking around the home and didn't even know how many bedrooms we had .he was at our property for less than five minutes before being asked to leave wouldn't recommend.
Hi Lee, thank you for your feedback & I apologise you didn’t get the best experience from us. The typical process is a sit down chat about prices, houses in the area & the market in general. After this, we conduct the walk around and then later in the day a follow up video with feedback and a plan of selling, using the information gathered on the walk around & topics discussed.
