Selling our home with NEST in Falkirk was a great experience, we’d gladly recommend them. From the outset, communication was prompt, clear, and consistent, and we were kept well informed throughout the entire process. They were always at hand by phone and email. The local office very useful to be able to pop in when needed. Our first meeting with Lyndsay was for the valuation. It was far more than just putting a price on the property, she took the time to understand our needs and provided thoughtful, informed advice about the process ahead. Her approach struck a balance between profession and a personal touch. Elaine was equally helpful, always quick to respond and offer reassurance when needed. With young children and pets, coordinating viewings could have been challenging, but the team made it easy. They worked with us to create a schedule that suited our routines and always provided plenty of notice. The photos and floorplan were handled by a professional photographer who did an excellent job with both the photography and floorplan. We were very pleased with how the property was presented. Communication was one of the standout aspects of the experience. We received regular updates on viewings, and all materials were reviewed with us first. The team were considerate in choosing how to communicate, using email when appropriate and picking up the phone when needed. They liaised efficiently with all parties involved and helped ensure a smooth process. Most importantly, we felt genuinely supported by a team that listened, guided us thoughtfully, and remained fully engaged from start to finish. No impersonal web portal, just real people, ready to help. The house sold quickly, and we couldn’t be happier with the way NEST handled the sale.

Lyndsay, Elaine & the rest of the team at Nest estate agents have been an absolute pleasure to work with during the process of a sale of a house. They were very friendly & approachable along with knowledgeable in the area. From the minute I had the first valuation with Lyndsay I clicked straight away. Lyndsay was very open and honest and didn’t bombard you with sales tactics which I appreciated. Even though the market has been rough the last few months due to the interest rate dilemma Nest still managed to get a great sale for the house. I also love how they are an independent estate agent and not part of a big chain so you get a more personal experience. Lyndsay and the team at Nest were fab. They maintained professional at all times, whilst building up a relationship with us that made us feel it was more than just business...we felt they cared about us, both in the purchase of our new home and the sale of our current home. Nest estate agents have now sold 2 properties for me over the last 10 years. The service they provide has been brilliant hence going back to them second time around and I wasn't disappointed. The team in the office continually keep you up to date with progress, potential viewings and offers and are very knowledgeable and professional in which can be a challenging time for both sellers and buyers. I wouldn't hesitate to sell again through nest if I decide to move again in the future.

We have just sold our house with Nest Estate Agents. The best thing about the way they work is that the person who does the viewings is the person who wrote the schedule, who took the photos, who did the floorplan and knows the house really well. I have found with larger agencies the person who is doing the viewings may not have been in the house before and is unable to answer simple questions. Nest kept us up to date with everything and we always felt they were fully focused on our sale.

What an amazing job Lyndsay and the team did getting us to the market in such a short space of time, helping with suggestions on how to dress our home and being really easy to work with around the marketing for our property. We had over 15 viewings in the space of a week and went to a closing date a week after going to market. Things didn't go smoothly with our buyer in the end but Lyndsay worked tirelessly to support us and keep pushing our buyer and their solicitors for updates at their end. Having had to sell my house recently, I looked into a few estate agents but decided to use NEST. What a fantastic service they provided, extremely knowledgeable and always contactable via email or phone. We choose NEST after a search for local estate agents and after reading their positive testimonials we booked an appointment with Lyndsay, who came out to the home we were selling and discussed realistic valuation, ceiling price in the area etc. She also spent time answering all of our questions. We picked to do our own viewings and were guided on how to go about this. Our house went on line for sale on the Friday. We were away for the weekend and had booked viewings from the Monday to the Thursday the following week. Our house had a firm offer in writing by the Wednesday. The Team at NEST have been with us every step of the way. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they are available until 8pm. Their fees are transparent and easy to understand. Would use again and recommend in a heart beat. Friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.
