He provided a brilliant video marketing the property which needed a good deal of modernising but highlighted all the salient good points. He conducted the viewings and concluded the sale in just over a week , again getting us well over our asking price. Sale concluded seamlessly with the buyer. GoogleI bought my house through Graham in August 2022. At a time when houses were selling so quickly, and first time buyers weren't getting the time of day with alot of agents, Graham was excellent. Graham arranged a viewing for us within 30 mins of calling him, and we secured the property the same day. Bearing in mind, he's acting on behalf of the sellers and not us!
Since then, we've used Graham to sell numerous properties and I've referred him on to family, friends and clients because of his outstanding customer service for both sellers and buyers. His knowledge of the local property market is second to none. An all around great guy!

GoogleThe guy (pardon, I forgot his name) was really nice over the phone. We got on great and I was excited to view a house over in banknock. I was waiting on a call back to organise a day for viewing that even suited him. I never got the call back. Disappointed with the lack of communication.

FacebookReally poor communication, house was on the market for 4 months and no viewers and zero communication from Remax after the first few weeks. Changed Estate agents and had viewers who had asked to view when we were with Remax and nobody had got back to them. Full of promises and zero delivery, Go with someone who actually wants to sell your house for you, actually, go with any other agency and they’ll be better.
