GoogleSpalding &Co have just sold my bungalow, they were excellent in all aspects of the selling, from my visit first from Mario , then photographer, and the brochure looked fantastic, the first couple that came through the door are the buyers! GoogleWe recently purchased our home through Spaldings, and I would happily recommend them. Throughout the process Mario and Charley were both excellent to deal with. They were warm, approachable and always quick to respond whenever we had questions. Buying a property can sometimes feel stressful, but they kept communication clear and helped keep everything moving smoothly from start to finish. They were particularly helpful during the final stages leading up to exchange and completion, helping keep everyone aligned and making sure the process progressed as smoothly as possible. GoogleWe had such a positive experience viewing a house with Spalding & Co that we asked them to value our property. Rose came round and was so professional, friendly and knowledgable that the other agents we had invited didn’t stand a chance. Rose was our contact through the selling process and we couldn’t have wished for better. She made the entire process so easy to navigate. Every member of the team we spoke to was lovely and helpful. GoogleWe have had many dealings with Spaldings since 1981 and they are always very professional as well as being straight forward and realistic (unlike some estate agents). Their knowledge of north Norfolk is considerable and we would definitely recommend them if you are looking for an estate agent. Also Nick Glaister is a Chartered Surveyor which is very reassuring and useful. Janet from the Wells office was brilliant with viewings and Josh and Rose in the Fakenham office always kept in touch with us throughout.

GoogleAfter suffering from a severe house fire, I contacted Rose in the hope of finding somewhere for my family to live for the next 6 months whilst the house is gutted and sorted. Rose and Janet went above and beyond to help us and even had to deal with the insurance company's accommodation department. Thank you both so much for finding me and my family a temporary place we can call home and for being so approachable and helpful 😊 ❤️

GoogleI cannot praise Spalding & Co. highly enough following the recent sale of our property and associated land. Initially, we had a survey completed on the house and land, both of which were thorough and followed quickly with detailed written reports. Having had this experience, we decided to also use Spalding & Co. to market the property and I’m very glad we did. The initial photographs were absolutely top class, as were the brochures produced and the advice we received around pricing & strategy to maximise viewings, all of which resulted in a sale over asking price within four days!! Following the sale agreement, the support we received throughout the sale process was again absolutely brilliant, especially given we had some slight chain issues, all of which were communicated, managed and taken care of efficiently. Nick, Rose and Mario are an amazing team and if you are doing anything property related, you can’t do better than Spalding & Co.

GoogleIt was a pleasure to use such a professional company in the sale of my property. From the valuation meeting with Mario and the subsequent correspondences with Rose the process has been delivered very professionally and keeping me informed every step of the way took a lot of stress out of the move( as we know house selling and moving can be a stressful time).
