GoogleI have to say what a team The process of first time renting and not being a local has been made so easy particularly thanks to Jasmine. Me and my husband had a dream to retire to Norfolk and I have been searching for properties for few months now then a property advertised by Bailey Bird and Warren came up and within weeks we have had our dream come true Great infact fantastic communication,support and guidance in the whole process. 100% service from start to finish.

Polly in particular went above and beyond providing us with timely updates and making sure the conveyancing process kept moving, whilst making us smile at the same time.
